The warranty is void if the machine is damaged through improper or negligent use or unauthorized repairs, and it does not cover acts of God such as fire, hurricanes, floods or tornadoes. Defective machines under warranty that are returned freight prepaid are repaired or replaced at no charge, at AmeriVacS' discretion.
