It has an adjustable cutting height guard and comes with two 4-notch titanium-edged utility blades; standard utility knife blades can be used too.

Hold-down bars keep the material in place, and per Bulman the design keeps material from being pulled into the cutting track. The cutter mounts on a counter or wall. The overall width is the ordered width plus 15″, so the cutter clears the material on both sides.

Warranty

Per Bulman, its paper dispensers, cutters and racks are guaranteed to perform as designed when used properly and without modification.
