Which Maripak machine should I start with?

Small volumes usually start with a Compack hood sealer, which seals and shrinks in one chamber without a tunnel. Medium volumes use a semi-automatic LMC L-bar sealer with a Diamond tunnel or a TMC Pro with built-in tunnel. Continuous production uses RLS e-Pro or IMPACK automatic sealers.

Can Maripak machines be configured?

Yes. Options such as taller chambers, stainless steel versions, foot pedals, alternative tunnel belts, photo-eyes and printed-film registration are built in or supplied by Maripak and quoted with the machine. A machine with options is configured to order and confirmed in a written quote.

Does Maripak install the machines?

Installation, start-up and operator training by Maripak technicians are available and quoted separately. They are recommended for automatic lines, so the machines are set up for your products and your operators are trained from the first day. Ask for it with your quote.

Where do Maripak machines ship from?

From Maripak USA in Allentown, Pennsylvania, by freight, usually crated on a pallet. Freight and crating are quoted separately for each order. A liftgate delivery can be added if your site has no loading dock or forklift, and is stated in your quote.
