AIE FAQ
Which AIE sealer suits my bags?
PE and PP bags seal well on AIE impulse sealers. Foil laminated, coated and gusseted bags need constant heat, as on the AIE-602CH or the CA Series, or double impulse heating, as on the FD Series. For high volumes, an AIE band sealer seals bags continuously.
Do AIE sealers need compressed air?
Most AIE impulse, constant heat and band sealers run on standard power without compressed air. Pneumatic sealers such as the FA and AC Series and the nozzle vacuum sealers need shop air, except the AIE355VAP, which has a built-in compressor.
Can AIE sealers print codes?
Yes. The AIE-663, 661HS and 662HS imprinter attachments print dates, lot numbers and other text while sealing; the AIE DHH is a stand-alone imprinter. AIE band sealers can emboss codes, and the heavy-duty B7202 has a hot stamp imprinter built in.
